I crafted a series of 3D key visuals for The Glenlivet’s festive gifting campaign, building controlled set environments around the brand’s digital twin bottles and treating each scene as a virtual shoot. Developed in parallel with the production shoot, this approach allowed bottles to be seamlessly swapped across a curated selection of seasonal assets, created for web, eCRM, and eCommerce.


AI was used during the pitch phase to rapidly visualise early concepts, helping shape direction while introducing the challenge of translating generative references into precise, brand-accurate 3D sets.

Process

The creative team leveraged AI to visualise early concepts, helping them quickly explore the campaign's overall look and feel. While this accelerated ideation, AI-generated outputs introduced unrealistic artefacts and inconsistencies, making it challenging to translate the concepts into production-ready visuals that met the client’s expectations.


Alongside the core portfolio, we also explored a prestige range, experimenting with alternative materials, textures, and ribbon structures. These explorations allowed us to expand the visual language of the campaign, creating a cohesive yet elevated set of seasonal assets.
